Pre-qualifying Training Program - 20 Software Developers for a Well-known Multi-national Financial Enterprise  (Beijing)

The well-known Multi-national Financial Enterprise have set up a software development centre in Beijing with about 600 technical staff. They offer very good salary packages, working environment and staff development program to their staff. The 3-month residential Training Program will pre-qualify and train up 20 Software Developer candidates in Beijing for the Enterprise.

The students of the Training Program are required to residentially stay in the Practical Training Centre in Pinggu Beijing for three months during July to September this year. The students will be trained on the following areas which required by the Enterprise:
 Financial Market Knowledge;
 Related Technology Knowledge;
 Software Development Best Practices and Management Tools;
 Team-work Culture;
 Project Reporting and Discussions using English;
 Development Project Practices on real jobs from the Enterprise

All students successfully complete the Training Program will guarantee an interview by the Enterprise for their Software Engineer positions.

The Training Program will be run in English.
All applicants of the Training Program must fulfill the following requirements:
 Bachelor or Master Degree in Software related discipline;
 At least College English Test Level 4, preferably CET-6;
 Proficient in Oral and Listening English;
 Proficient in C and C++ Programming;
 Initiative, open minded, willing to learn, hard working, sociable and able to work in teams;
 Knowledge in PL-SQL and Oracle-Form will be in advantage.
Applicants who fulfill the above requirements will be requested to perform written tests and interviews in Beijing or Shenzhen. The successful candidates will require paying a fee of RMB5,800, which covers all training and accommodation fees of the 3-month Training Program. RMB2,900 will be refunded to students who have successfully completed the Training Program but have not been employed by the enterprise.

The Practical Training Centre in Pinggu is jointly operated by the Beijing Union University and Partner Software Limited, a software outsourcing management and consulting company based in Hong Kong. Partner Software is the first authorized Overseas Software Outsourcing Agent Company of the China Offshore Software Engineering Program (COSEP) under the Torch Centre of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST).
